We thought it was useful to analyse a real Michael Buble poster as since we have now made the decision that we are going to do his song 'Crazy Love' for our final video, we also must produce a poster for the video. In many ways, this poster could be considered a typical Michael Buble poster. Like his videos, there is very much a sense of simplicity in terms of the colour scheme. The use of the green, black and white runs through the whole poster, with even the map being shown to be in this colour.
In addition, the faded image of him dancing, adds a sense of mystery and also I feel gives him a sense of status, as it seems to be the case that he is portrayed as a rarity or something to treasure, as not everyone can see him at once. There is very much a sense of professionalism about the poster with the black background, which is interesting given the fact that he always performs in a suit, and, as a result, black will be a colour that the audience recognize nad associate as one of his typical conventions.
